This is a big mistake
It makes the marketplace artificial
Sellers are the lifeblood of Ebay, without them there are no buyers or Ebay
This is the change that create competitors
It is up to the sellers to create a great environment for buyers
You are doing brand management for Ebay
Ebay and junkin is like being on the Antiques Road Show
Sure, value comes from the previous sales
Now Ebay will hold your money if you a new seller
Only through PayPal
But this is the problem of Ebay and PayPal being the same company
Seller fees are lowered
This is a good thing right?
Yes and no
We play both sides of fence as sellers and affiliates
Affiliate payouts are based on sellers fees
It makes me worried that we won't make as much as an affiiliate
Seller feedback will only be listed as their seller ranking for 12 months
